Please follow the following steps for a successful payment procedure:

| 1 | Download the registration form and fill in all the relevant fields. Please note that there is a different file for International Participants and Participants for Developing Countries. Don't forget to check if visa is needed! |

| 2 | Calculate to total ammount to be paid from fields 1-6 and keep this ammount handy |

| 3 | Save the registration form as a MS WORD file (yourname_reg.doc) |

| 4 | Download the hotel reservation form and fill in all the relevant fields. Please note that this is a common file for all participants. |

| 5 | Calculate to total ammount to be paid from fields (7-10 x nights) and keep this ammount handy |

| 6 | Save the hotel reservation form as a MS WORD file (yourname_hotel.doc) |

| 7 | Validate that you have selected the method for payment (Credit card or Bank Transfer) into both documents |

| 8 | Make the payment (via secure online transaction)

Any charges required for bank transfer are not included in the cost of the registration fees and should be paid separately. |
