All participants are invited to submit a one page abstract in English to be published in the Book of Abstracts using the TEMPLATE FORM.
Participants interested to contribute with an oral or poster presentation must submit an abstract for consideration by the Scientific Committee.
Please specify on the covering letter of your abstract submission the session you would like it to be classified.
All abstracts should be sent by e-mail as an attachment in Ms Word Format to the conference secretariat address eurasia12@conf.uoi.gr indicating the term “Abstract_Name_Contribution type” as the file name (i.e. Abstract_Hadjiliadis_PL.doc). Contribution type includes: Plenary lecture (PL), Session lecture (SL), Oral presentation (OP) and Poster presentation (PP). The abstract submission deadline is February 15th, 2012.
Information about the acceptance of the Abstract will be sent to the submitting author by e-mail.
The payment of the registration fees of at least one of the authors is compulsory for the inclusion of the abstract in the proceedings.
